Where do I start?! Stating that Lily is simply AMAZING at recruiting is an understatement. Most recruiters will only handle the bare minimum - setting up calls, describing the job, talking about the company. Lily not only covers that but takes it a step further to ensure that the position is also the right fit for you personally, not just professionally. Anytime I had questions, she was quick to answer and if she didn't happen to know she would promptly find out and respond quickly.
